About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Receptionist - Clerical Office to join our team at Fife Sports and Leisure Trust.

This part-time position offers a salary of £23,375 per annum, which reflects the skills and qualifications required to excel in this role.

Main Duties
  1. Provide exceptional reception services, including responding to customer enquiries and managing bookings.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and adhere to guidelines on cash handling and recording.
  3. Process memberships and update various databases.
  4. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and word processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • National 5 qualifications or equivalent in English and Numeracy subjects.
  • Basic Disclosure certificate through Disclosure Scotland.
