Job Title: Office Administrator (Compliance Support - ECO Submissions)

CRS are working with a forward-thinking company committed to contributing to the UK's net zero targets through renewable energy solutions. There compliance department is at the heart of ensuring our eco submissions align with the latest industry standards and regulations. They are now seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to assist in the crucial process of customer journey management and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the compliance department with eco submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and guiding them through the install process.
* Nurture customer relationships to enhance their experience from the initial inquiry to project completion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth customer journey.
* Maintain and update CRM systems to track customer interactions and submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the ECO (Energy Company Obligation) industry.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with a polite and professional phone manner.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and general office administration software.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
* Passion for achieving net zero targets and a genuine interest in the renewable energy sector.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

* Strong computer skills and typing ability
* Demonstrated administrative experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Organisational skills with attention to detail
* Previous experience in clerical tasks and data entry
* Knowledge of renewable energy is a plus
