What You'll Do:

- Manage incoming calls and provide assistance or direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain meticulous records through efficient filing, inventory management, and database upkeep.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as inventory and supply ordering.
- Conduct research and update our company database with accurate information.
- Streamline office tasks through spreadsheet organization and general administrative support.
- Execute day-to-day office management duties and tackle ad hoc administrative tasks with precision.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a knack for clerical and administrative tasks.

Salary Range: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
