As part of your role as Administrator you will be part of the Stockport admin team, supporting Partners, Managers and various service lines teams with a variety of admin tasks. You will work closely with admin team and wider teams to support the smooth running of the office and provide effective, confidential administrative support and guidance to partners and staff.

Key accountabilities
- To ensure a high level of administrative support is available across the firm by working together as a team in conjunction with the Office Manager to reduce non chargeable time.
- To produce letters, reports, presentations, internal memos, file notes to a high standard through the advanced use of appropriate software.
- Support the efficient administration of the firm by correctly using the software packages provided such as CCH.
- Reception cover.
- To keep up to date with developments in administration and to continue to develop administrative skills.
- General administrative duties as directed by Office Manager and as required by departments, including scanning of relevant documents and mail.
- Preparation of Finalised Accounts for clients.
- Timely issuing of fees on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties which support the smooth and efficient running of the office as directed.

In terms of experience, we look for individuals who have either worked in a similar role, or who can demonstrate the professional approach and organised style required. Microsoft Office skills are a must together with good IT skills / organisational skills / time management skills - ability to plan and prioritise several tasks, along with the unexpected / communication skills / proficient in word, excel etc.
