Customer Service Administrator

**We require a full-time receptionist/office administrator to join our busy office based on New Vision Business Park, St. Asaph**
As an office administrator you will be responsible for computer-based scheduling, dealing with customer accounts and general customer enquiries on a daily basis as well as usual receptionist duties.
**Job requirements**:
- Good computer literacy and telephone manner
- Customer service skills
- Ability to integrate and work as a team
- Dealing with people at all levels
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to organise and time-manage own workload
- Must be flexible
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Work, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
**Hours**:
- 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,500.00 per year
