Clinical Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Adults Recovery Team in Sheffield as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse.
Remuneration: £26 per hour, equivalent to an estimated annual salary of £54,240 - £61,610 based on 37.5 hours per week.
Contract Terms: A locum contract with flexible scheduling between 8am and 8pm, part-time options available.
Main Objectives:- Direct and coordinate team efforts to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Lead by example in maintaining excellent clinical practice standards.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in Mental Health Nursing, combined with a strong understanding of relevant theories and practices.
- NMC Registration.
