Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to provide clinical leadership and expertise in our General Surgery wards.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care to a diverse range of patients, supporting carers on the ward, and leading a team of qualified, support, and student team members. Additionally, they will take charge of the ward or department, ensuring the highest standard and quality of nursing care is delivered.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between £44,772 and £60,595 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to our pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for career development and progression.
