**Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Nurse to join our Specialist Community Learning Disability Service in Sheffield. As a key member of the Clinical Leadership Team, you will be responsible for implementing the agreed clinical model for the learning disability service and supporting the professional leadership of nurses within their service line.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with service users, carers and community groups to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

A key aspect of your role will involve direct line management and professional supervision of nurses within the community team, as well as providing specialist nursing advice in the field of learning disabilities.

You will also be responsible for holding a small caseload of clinical work with service users and carers, ensuring that you remain clinically active, relevant and connected to real-time practice.

We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional development, making this an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to lead our learning disability service and make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

About the Salary**

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at £48,155 - £58,219 per annum, depending on experience.
