Our Specialist Community Learning Disability Service provides a range of services, including art psychotherapy, to promote the physical and mental well-being of our clients.

Job Summary: As an Art Psychotherapy Specialist, you will be part of our dedicated team, working closely with clients, families, and caregivers to provide personalized art therapy services. Your expertise will help us achieve our goal of delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess, plan, and implement art psychotherapy programs for adults with learning disabilities
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and outcomes
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to art psychotherapy services

Requirements: A Postgraduate Diploma/M.A in Arts Psychotherapy and HCPC registration are essential. You should also have experience working with adults with learning disabilities and strong communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability are key qualities for this role.

Salary and Benefits: This permanent, part-time position offers a salary range of £37,338-£44,962 per annum (pro rata) and a supportive work environment. Our organization prioritizes staff well-being and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
