Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional care. Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans to ensure compliance with safeguarding, legislation, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional care and develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant care standards and legislation.
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and local authorities.
  • Oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in managing care services for individuals with learning disabilities.

You should possess strong leadership and organisational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant care standards and legislation.

A collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams is also essential.
