About the Role

As a Learning Disability Team Lead, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care and support to residents. Your expertise and experience will enable you to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, while also promoting their independence and self-advocacy.

Salary: Up to £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.16 per hour) based on an average of 42 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to ensure resident safety and well-being.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members to promote excellent care delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with the management team to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • A Level 2 Adult Care or Health and Social Care equivalent qualification.
  • A Level 2 Team Leader or management qualification, or the willingness to obtain one post-appointment.
  • Proven experience in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
