**Job Title:** Learning Disabilities Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Learning Disabilities Care Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, leading by example, and promoting a culture of excellence within the home. You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support, and that our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide this care.

**Salary:** £29,720 - £37,852.80 per annum (£13.25 - £17.16 per hour)

**Location:** Sheffield (S11)
