Senior CX Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior CX Operations Specialist to join our team at Healthera. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
You will work closely with our product, technology, and growth teams to create seamless experiences for our B2B and B2C customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building customer service processes and optimizing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving customer satisfaction.
- Full proficiency in customer service software such as Jira, Zendesk, and CRM systems like Hubspot.
- Competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
