About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reward professional to join our Travelex team as a Global Reward Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design and new initiatives.

You will be responsible for leading the annual Reward processes, such as pay review and bonuses, and supporting the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels and completing the annual salary survey.

As a Global Reward Partner, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with HR and wider business stakeholders to deliver reward initiatives that support the company's goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual Reward processes, including pay review and bonuses.
  • Maintain the Job Levels and complete the annual salary survey.
  • Review salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shifts.
  • Support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design and new initiatives.
  • Implement new reward initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Reward professional with:

  • Advanced excel and numeric skills.
  • Able to translate complicated Reward topics/jargon into wording that is easy to understand.
  • Comfortably working with large datasets that delicately interconnect.
  • Workday or larger HCM, such as SAP or Oracle, experience preferred.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a wider team.
