Job Summary
NHS England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Programme and Training Coordinator. This position will be responsible for coordinating training across the region, ensuring that national standards are implemented locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training across the region, ensuring compliance with national standards.
- Work with the Head of School to produce doctors who strive for high standards of patient-centred care.
- Collaborate with local systems and providers to improve health outcomes and reduce health inequalities.
- Optimise the use of digital technology, research, and innovation to deliver accessible and compassionate care.
- Ensure the NHS is a great place to work, where staff can make a difference and achieve their potential.
Requirements
- Experience working within the West Midlands area at consultant level or equivalent.
- Considerable experience of working with learners or doctors in training in an educational context.
- Ability to work collaboratively with local systems and providers.
- Strong understanding of national standards and their implementation.
