The primary purpose of this role is to work with students and staff to develop, manage and deliver an extra-curricular enrichment programme, inclusive of activities, societies and events that promote and encourage students to engage and develop their employability and leadership skills, alongside awareness around key areas such as health, equality and diversity and safety.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing the enrichment programme to meet the needs of students and staff
  • Working with students and staff to deliver activities, societies and events that promote employability and leadership skills
  • Providing guidance and support to students and staff on health, equality and diversity and safety
