Job Title: Training Programme Coordinator

Job Summary: HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service is seeking an experienced Training Programme Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on delivering high-quality learning experiences to internal stakeholders and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate a flexible and planned program of workshops and coaching to provide first-class learning and development to internal stakeholders and employees.
  • Deliver training to various sites across the West Midlands, Midlands, and surrounding areas, using a range of training equipment and paraphernalia.
  • Travel to each site, using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a PTTLS or equivalent award/qualification in Education and/or Training.
  • NVQ/Diploma minimum Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Understanding of the care sector regulatory environment.
  • Training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £40,000, based on a £35,000 salary and a £5,000 car allowance.
  • A contributory pension scheme and healthcare scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
