Dermatology Training Programme Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Training Programme Director for Dermatology Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating training across the region and ensuring that national standards are implemented locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training across the region to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work with the Head of School to produce doctors who strive for the highest standards of patient-centred care.
- Develop and implement training programmes that meet the needs of our learners.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of training.
Requirements:
- Currently working within the East Midlands area at consultant level or equivalent.
- Experience within the specialty at consultant or SAS doctor level.
- Considerable experience of working with learners or doctors in training in an educational context.
