Job title: HR Policy Officer (maternity cover)
Location: Central Oxford (hybrid working possible)
Hours of work: 80% or full time
About the role
This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience of HR in a University setting. You will be part of the friendly and supportive HR Policy Team within the central University HR function.
Responsibilities include:
- Support for major University committees
- Policy review and development
- Communication of new and revised policies
About you
You will have experience in an HR role, giving you an awareness of the principles of HR and an interest in HR matters. You will have good analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent organisational skills, and excellent communication skills.
