Role Summary:
As an HR Assistant at OrganOx, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR Team in delivering an exceptional employee experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database, adhering to GDPR regulations.
  • Act as the local subject matter expert for our HRIS system.
  • Utilize HR systems to ensure stakeholders have relevant data and management information.
  • Administer OrganOx benefits.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing necessary data, such as new starters, absences, bonuses, and leavers.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, holiday allowances, and benefits.
  • Support the HR Team during confidential meetings.
  • Maintain HR Policies.
  • Set up HR suppliers and raise Purchase Orders.
  • Provide support on ad hoc HR projects.
