
Wake Night Care Worker Opportunity

We are recruiting a Wake Night Social Care Worker to join our team at Windsor House, Oswestry, Shropshire.
As a Wake Night Social Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with profound learning disabilities, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a person-centred approach, ensuring that individuals receive the best possible care and support to achieve their goals and aspirations.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification and have experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.
You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and individuals supported.
