Night Senior Care Lead

We are looking for a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.
With a strong focus on kindness and compassion, you will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver high-quality care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents alike will be essential in maintaining a positive and supportive environment.
As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, which includes safeguarding training and additional support to achieve qualifications.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
