Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including accrued holiday pay, flexible zero hours contracts, and access to our Active Learning Hub for training and development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication, moving and handling, and domestic duties to our clients. You will work closely with our Care Managers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, reliability, and good communication skills. No previous experience is required, as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.

What to Expect

You can expect to work a variety of shifts, including day shifts and waking night shifts, with regular consistent work and rolling rotas. You will also have access to our Refer a Friend Scheme, which allows you to earn up to £1,500 by recommending someone you know.
