Adult Care Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wake Night Social Care Worker at Windsor House, Oswestry, Shropshire.
As a Wake Night Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding service that is person-centred, enhancing the lives of people with profound learning disabilities by offering choice and ensuring their voices and decisions are respected.
You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and social activities. This role requires a commitment to inclusion and engagement, ensuring that the people you support have a full, active, meaningful lifestyle of their choosing.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, demonstrate resilience while at work, and have the ability to build meaningful relationships with customers.
You will also be required to participate in specialist training tailored to meet the needs of customers and maintain up-to-date mandatory training.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with profound learning disabilities
- Support individuals with daily living needs, including personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and social activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
This is a permanent opportunity working 35 hours a week covering a variety of shifts on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays. Shift patterns include 21:30pm - 07:30am.
