Location: Oswestry, Shropshire
We are looking for an experienced Wake Night Social Care Worker to join our team at Windsor House care home in Oswestry.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
