As a Support Worker Team Coordinator at Safer Hand Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to support and manage a team of Support Workers, working together to achieve the home’s aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage a team of Support Workers
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and/or Deputy Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of service users
- Attend young people’ meetings and contribute accordingly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in working with vulnerable adults and children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with understanding and patience
- Commitment to person-centered care
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include full training, competitive salary, employee recognition, discounted or free food, employee discount, free or subsidised travel, and 12 hour shifts with day, night shift options.
