Job Overview: We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living tasks and promoting their independence and confidence. About the Role:
In this position, you will work closely with our customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals. You will also work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of care and support possible.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Assist with medication management and administration
* Promote independence and confidence in individuals through goal-setting and achievement
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress

Requirements:
* Full and valid UK driving license
* Access to a car or vehicle
* Right to work in the UK
* Excellent level of English
