Night Care Worker – Adults with Complex Needs

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Wake Night Social Care Worker. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of care and support skills.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position working 35 hours a week on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts from 21:30pm - 07:30am. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering care and support to adults with complex needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities
  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective behaviour management techniques
  3. Build meaningful relationships with customers and their families

Requirements and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £21,931 per annum, which includes 34 days annual leave, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days, Birthday leave, New Home leave, Life assurance (3 x salary), Employee Assistance Programme, Employee Wellbeing Programme, and Flexible Working options. You must have experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, demonstrated resilience while at work, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
