Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Support Specialist. As a key member of our care team, you will provide dedicated support to vulnerable adults in their own homes, enabling them to live independently with dignity.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be willing to learn and undergo training. You will be required to work alternate weekends and have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £12.70 per hour, plus 30p per mile mileage, paid travel time, and a range of benefits including a company pension, flexible working patterns, and 28 days holiday pay (pro-rate).
