We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you'll take responsibility for residents' physical and emotional well-being and social needs. This includes assisting with personal care activities like washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.

You'll be involved in general activities, helping with limited mobility, offering emotional support, or delivering end-of-life care. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and we provide safeguarding training to ensure colleagues can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this role is approximately £9.50-£11.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll also enjoy access to benefits like paid Enhanced DBS, free uniform, nutritious meals during shifts of 8 hours or more, a company pension scheme, and 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
