Wake Night Social Care Worker
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide support to adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities in a care home setting. The role involves working 35 hours a week on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays, covering shifts from 21:30pm - 07:30am.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service that enhances the lives of people with profound learning disabilities by offering choice and respecting their voices and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective behaviour management techniques
- Build meaningful relationships with customers and their families
Requirements:
- Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour
- Demonstrated resilience while at work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
