Women In Healthcare (WIH) Ltd is seeking a dedicated leader to manage its Children's Homes in Oswestry. As a Care Leadership Specialist, you will oversee the delivery of quality care and support services for young adults with challenging behaviors.
Requirements:- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated 'Good' or above home
- In-depth knowledge of current legislation, including the Children's Homes England Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards 2015
- Location: Oswestry
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
- Driving License: Required
- Estimated Salary: £50,000 per year
