Caregiver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a vital member of our care staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, wellbeing, and happiness of our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and Care Managers to provide high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each resident.

The ideal candidate will have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for individuals with dementia is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
