About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Health Care Assistant to join our team at New Horizon Healthcare Services. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential care and support to residents in various homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, a valid medication certificate, and an enhanced DBS on the update service. You will work flexible shifts, with options for part-time, temporary, or permanent contracts, in Oswestry, Shropshire, and Telford.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
