Nights Senior Care Professional

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. This is a rewarding role that requires compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with our care team to develop personalized care plans, manage medication, and provide support with daily activities. Your ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues will be essential in delivering exceptional care.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working in a care environment, preferably with individuals with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
