About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our night team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver person-centered care plans. You will also lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and being a real influence on the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of this role include planning and implementing the kind of care that will give our residents a real sense of security, dignity, and independence. You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalized care plans. You will also be involved in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through a range of social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication.
