Role Overview:
As a Sales Delegate at Exposed Solutions, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential participants for our awards programs. This includes leveraging industry research, online platforms, and networking to generate leads. Your goal will be to conduct sales calls and meetings to showcase the benefits and value of entering and attending our events.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed. Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, and previous experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce is highly desirable. Additionally, you will need to be skilled in negotiating bonus schemes and commission packages.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to this, we provide a hybrid working arrangement from our office and remotely within the UK, with a 2pm finish on Fridays during the summer. You will also receive 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, an additional day holiday each year of service (up to three years), and a bonus day off for your Birthday.
