Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Delegate Sales and Marketing to join our team at Intellect Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 3+ years of delegate sales experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role to drive revenue growth, lead a talented sales team, and develop high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Lead and inspire a talented sales team to drive revenue growth and foster excellence.
  • Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and training.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies and leverage market insights.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 basic, with an OTE of £85,000 - £115,000.
  • A hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
