Head of Delegates and Partnerships

The Intellect Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Delegates and Partnerships to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achievement in delegate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role. They will be a natural leader, able to inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.
This role reports directly to the Sales Director and involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to deliver exceptional results.
- Working closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies and leverage market insights.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £72,500 - £82,500 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
