Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Team Lead to join our Intellect Group team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring team members to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape a growing team and spearhead market expansion. We are looking for a commercially astute, results-driven individual with 3+ years of delegate sales experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Performance: Drive team performance, provide coaching, and oversee individual development plans. Foster a collaborative and growth-focused culture.
  • Sales Strategy: Execute monthly sales strategies, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for market growth.
  • Revenue Generation: Generate revenue while leading by example, demonstrating best practices in sales methodology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies, leverage market insights, and optimise lead generation.
  • Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends to ensure the team stays ahead in a competitive market.
