We're looking for a high-performing Delegate Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Intellect Group.

About the Job:

  • Report to the Sales Director and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies and leverage market insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of delegate sales experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Natural mentor and coach with a passion for team development.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range: £60,000 - £70,000 basic, with an OTE of £85,000 - £115,000.
  • A hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
