Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Delegate Sales to lead and inspire our sales team, driving revenue growth and fostering excellence in a high-energy environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of delegate sales experience and a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role. They will thrive in a fast-evolving environment, be a natural mentor and coach, and bring honesty, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Intellect Group as a Director of Sales Growth, reporting to the Sales Director. The role involves achieving individual and team sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Development: Drive team performance, provide coaching, and oversee individual development plans.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute monthly sales strategies, analyse performance, and identify opportunities for market growth.
  • Sales Excellence: Generate revenue while leading by example, demonstrating best practices in sales methodology.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align on strategies, leverage market insights, and optimise lead generation.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
