An Exciting Opportunity
Oakleaf Partnership is looking for a driven professional to join their team as a Reward Strategy Manager. This role offers the opportunity to own and develop a cohesive total reward strategy across the region. As part of the Head of People's team, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the annual salary, bonus, and promotion cycles to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
• Administer carry & co-invest schemes, manage performance share plans, and stay updated on tax regulations and labour laws.
• Develop necessary reporting processes, generate payroll and compensation reports, and handle FTE queries.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, manage third-party providers, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Experience:
Degree educated from a finance or accounting background, solid experience in compensation & payroll processing and management. Strong Excel skills are required to generate reports and analysis. European languages are desired.
