Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join the Methodist Church as a Faith-Rooted Organising Lead, playing a key role in developing and implementing our FRCO strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a network of officers based in Methodist Districts around Britain, and supporting the development of external partner relationships.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a Connexional FRCO training strategy, refining and embedding the theological foundations of faith-rooted community organising, developing and sustaining a network of district officers, and leading on the development of external partner organising relationships.

We estimate the salary for this role to be £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
