Job Description

This exciting role presents a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals within the Criminal Justice system. As a Criminal Justice Project Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team at Catch22, working across various services in London to provide support and resilience to frontline teams.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a variety of Justice-related tasks, including offender management, personal wellbeing, and finance support. You will be part of a close-knit team that aims to provide person-centered support to address criminogenic needs, build capacity, and motivate individuals to live crime-free lives.

This role requires a confident and professional approach to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. You will need to be resilient, flexible, and adaptable, with a willingness to work on a multi-site, multi-location basis. A passion for supporting others and the ability to motivate service users in their ability to change are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and resilience to frontline teams
