We are seeking an Administrative Support Role in Human Resources to join our team at Back 2 Work Complete Training. As an HR Administration Apprentice, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR function and gaining valuable experience in a professional environment.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and preparing essential documents. You will also have the opportunity to input data into the HR information system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and assisting with job postings.
  • Preparing HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts, under guidance.
  • Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in HR administration.
