Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for an ambitious Human Resources Administrator to join Dalkia UK's team. This role involves a blend of remote and office work from Birmingham Business Park.
Main Objectives:- To provide professional HR administration support ensuring excellent customer service.
- Proactively review and refine HR processes, suggesting improvements and implementing efficient solutions that meet stakeholders' needs.
- Manage starters and leavers, changes to employment contracts, TUPE transfers, benefits, and pension-related tasks.
- Prior experience in administration within a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of data systems, data entry, reporting, and system maintenance.
- Experience in HR data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong data manipulation and analytical skills to generate reports and insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and its advanced functions.
- A genuine interest in HR and a desire to grow professionally within the field.
This role offers a competitive salary between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
