Role Description

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Systems Administrator to support our clients with their human resources needs. The successful candidate will have excellent Excel skills and experience within a similar role.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR reporting and data management solutions
  • Coordinate all central administration related to the recruitment, selection, and retention processes
  • Maintain and audit HR systems to ensure accurate data and records
  • Analyse HR data to advise and recommend policy and process improvements
  • Submit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changes
  • Maintain accurate absence data
  • Provide HR admin support at formal meetings
  • Create and maintain all HR-related templates

Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role is necessary
  • Excel experience is essential
  • An advanced Excel qualification would be ideal
  • An understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven team work ethic
  • Confidence in decision making and addressing queries
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently

Salary Range: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum
