About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at O'Neal Manufacturing Services - Pittsburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Manufacturing, Energy, and Industrial (MEI) sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to accelerate customer success, identify new business opportunities, and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead a team of data and AI professionals to implement business plans and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to identify impactful data and AI use cases and provide strategic guidance on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • Support the broader data and AI transformation goals of our customers through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of the data and AI space with technology sales experience.
  • Longevity with previous employers and a track record of quota over-achievement.
  • Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS) and co-selling with cloud teams.
  • Methods for co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and process (e.g., Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and Command of the Message).
  • Experience developing partnerships with champions and client teams to support execution of sales plans.
  • Experience developing a clear partner strategy and implementing it to achieve success.
  • Understanding of consumption-based, land and expand sales models.
  • Understanding of how to identify important use cases and buying centers to increase the impact of Databricks for clients.
