Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including coordinating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and tracking progress.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document management, and reporting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required standards, implementing quality control measures as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the telecommunications or similar industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LA/HA TM applications and CAD submissions.
  • Qualifications: NRSWA awareness and understanding, IT qualifications, and health and safety qualifications.
